London — SAP today announced that it has extended its partnership agreement with G3 Global to include the new subscription based hosting delivery option in the UK under the Business All-in-One Fast-Start programme, aimed at the media industry. The subscription-based hosting allows midsize companies to implement and run the SAP® Business All-in-One solutions, comprehensive and flexible software for midsize companies with deep industry best practices built-in.
The Subscription based Hosting Offering for SAP Business All-in-One is part of the G3 ConnectedBusinessCloud™, technology platform designed to enable business process innovation. The G3 ConnectedBusinessCloud™ solution delivers a portfolio of integrated SAP solutions including ERP, CRM and BI, with fully-configured end-to-end business processes that can drive significant cost savings for the mid-market.
The solution is a fully integrated managed services delivery with G3 Global’s innovation in the development, configuration and application support of SAP Business All-in-One, with built in capability to rapidly scale computing resources up or down according to business demand, as well as to implement cost effective disaster recovery solutions and unprecedented business agility.
G3 Global is offering businesses a price per user, fully inclusive of licenses, hosting, support and upgrades and an implementation timeframe of 4-8 weeks. This can enable organisations to derive almost immediate cost benefits, delivered within an accelerated implementation timeframe, at an affordable price point and with no additional burden on internal IT resources.
Chris Gunter, CEO at G3 Global said “As cloud computing continues to gain momentum in the marketplace, the ability to deliver business-critical applications like SAP solutions is key to helping customers fully leverage the cloud computing concept.”
He continued; “Supporting an SAP solution landscape that anticipates peak demand can require significant computing resources which may be underutilized during normal load periods. We’re excited to provide our customers cost-effective, secure on-demand access to SAP solutions, leveraging technology that dynamically expands computing power as needed in order to reduce total cost of ownership and shift focus toward business innovation and driving faster solutions to their business problems, instead of managing infrastructures.”
“The subscription based hosting offering enables our customers to better focus on their core business, products and services that best meet the demands of their individual markets. In turn, midsize customers can focus resources on differentiating from their competitors, executing on their growth strategies and making their businesses more transparent and sustainable. We are pleased to be partnering with G3 Global, and are confident that together, we can make a difference to organizations efficiencies in the media sector,” said Stephen Read, Director of SME, SAP UKI.
