May 11, 2011 by SAP News 0

FELTHAM, Middx, UKSAP is proud to announce that it has won a prestigious FDs’ Excellence Award in the Financial Software Supplier to Larger Companies category as part of the FDs Satisfaction Survey. The awards were announced at a ceremony in Central London last night.

Ian Anstey, SAP UKI said: “For companies of all sizes, having access to good financial software and management tools is increasingly important and particularly so through uncertain economic times. This award is particularly important to us as it has been voted for by users of SAP solutions and as such it is a recognition of and testament to the success of our products from the people that actually use them.“

Held by Caspian Media in association with the ICAEW, the awards recognise individual finance directors and, based on the annual FDs’ Satisfaction Survey, the awards also recognise service providers to finance directors – business banks, auditors, financial software suppliers and recruitment firms. The FDs’ Satisfaction Survey was completed by 1,000 finance directors and finance decision-makers in 2010.

SAP won, as best Financial Software Supplier to Larger Companies, against ADP, Infor FMS SunSystems, IRIS (for Exchequer), Microsoft (for Dynamics NAV) and Sage.
