Cormac joins SAP from the global technology distribution group DCC Exertis where he was Chief Operating Officer
FELTHAM, UK — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) has today announced the appointment of Cormac Watters as the Managing Director of SAP UK and Ireland (UKI) effective as of 6th October. He joins SAP from the global technology distribution group DCC Exertis where he was Chief Operating Officer.
Cormac brings two decades of management experience, having held senior roles in organisations including Aryzta AG and Lawson. As the CIO of Aryzta AG, he led the company’s strategic transformation through IT. In his role as President at Lawson, Cormac had responsibility for the Central European region.
At SAP, Cormac will be responsible for leading a 1,400 strong team, and executing SAP’s UKI’s strategy with a focus on building on the success of SAP HANA and the rapid growth of the company’s cloud business.
Commenting on his appointment, Cormac said: “I’m very excited to be joining SAP.
