SAP Awards Customers for Quality Excellence

SAP (UK) Limited  has announced the winners of its 2017 SAP UKI Quality Awards for successful customer product implementations and integrations in the Fast Delivery, Business Transformation and Innovation categories. The awards acknowledge customers whose implementations of SAP solutions have yielded strong, tangible business value and employed recognised quality principles.

Held on Wednesday, 8th November at London’s Darmouth House, the annual awards recognised the following organisations for their commitment to quality throughout the implementation cycle and to achieving customer value and success:

  • Fast Delivery category winners: Gold – British American Tobacco, supported by Bluefin Solutions; Silver – Kellogg Company, supported by Wipro Limited; and Bronze – Ever Direct Ltd and Ruby & Ed Slippers Ltd, supported by Sapphire Systems Plc.
  • Business Transformation category winners: Gold – Greggs Plc, supported by Keytree; Silver – National Grid Commercial Holdings Ltd, supported by SAP; and Bronze – Warburtons Ltd, supported by Edenhouse.
  • Innovation category winners: Gold – Hampshire County Council, supported by Deloitte LLP; Silver – United Utilities, supported by SAP; and Bronze – Gist Ltd, supported by GP Strategies.

Tony Taylor, IT & Business Change Director, from Gold winner Greggs Plc stated “It is great to be recognised with this fantastic award from SAP. Teams across the business have worked tirelessly to ensure that our business change programme, the biggest of its kind at Greggs, landed exceptionally well.”

Councillor Roy Perry, Leader of Hampshire County Council, the Gold winner in the Innovation category, commented; “This award not only recognises our innovation in improving and modernising the way residents and our suppliers interact with the County Council, but also the high standards by which our digital project has been delivered – helping to transform the delivery of public services across Hampshire for the future.”

Zeynep Keskin, EMEA North COO, recognised the importance of celebrating customer success in SAP software implementation. “Congratulations to the winners of the 2017 Quality Awards, every winner should be proud of their accomplishments. The dedication and effort from both our customers, and the SAP partners working with them, in adhering to the quality measures and achieving successful implementations is truly impressive.”
