“People Are at the Center” According to SAP’s Sabine Bendiek in Davos

SAP’s Chief People and Operating Officer and Member of the Executive Board Sabine Bendiek shares her reflections from the “Future of Work in an Era of Rapid Change” breakfast at the SAP House at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Bendiek explains how all the participants from the morning event see the same challenges and opportunities related to hybrid work. There is also a need to consider the challenges of upskilling and reskilling to meet the rapidly changing skills requirements of the future. After all, it’s people who are at the center of business transformation. It’s people who imagine the improved processes, and it’s people who ultimately roll them out. Bendiek ends the interview with an optimistic view into the upcoming Davos sessions.
