Hal Mann Vella Group moves to the cloud with SAP Business ByDesign

Malta 17/09 , 2021 In selecting a transformation partner and a new Enterprise Resource Planning platform, Hal Mann Vella Group  required a comprehensive, company-wide solution, which could facilitate visibility and transparency, standardize business processes, and drive increased levels of efficiency. Following an extensive selection process, Hal Mann Vella Group has chosen Deloitte Malta as its trusted transformation partner along with the platform SAP Business ByDesign providing comprehensive business process support as standard, along an intuitive and easy to navigate user experience.

The main intention of the Hal Mann Vella Group  is to centralize as much as possible the management of processes within an integrated ERP solution in order to increase overall visibility and connectivity throughout all disciplines.  This business transformation covers all aspects from sales, site survey, material requirements, resource requirements, factory planning, project cost and ultimately progress tracking, billing, invoicing, customer experience and satisfaction.

 

SAP Business ByDesign solution will help Hal Mann Vella Group to achieve standardization of the processes and reporting, centralization of transactional processes in a shared service organization model, further implementation and harmonization of IT systems and applications. The system modules that will be implemented are the Financials Management, the Sales Management, the Supply Chain and Logistics, the Inventory and Warehouse Management, the Project and Contract Management, the Manufacturing Management and the Reporting and Business Intelligence.
