Singapore, 16 July 2024 – SAP has appointed Deepak Kaushik as Chief Partner Officer for Southeast Asia (SEA). With a career spanning over two decades in the IT industry, Deepak is tasked with scaling the indirect partner business with SAP’s SEA Partner Ecosystem (PES) and supporting partners to aid in driving customer success in 2024 and beyond. The announcement comes as Vipin Chandran steps down after more than three years in the role to take up a leadership position at SAP Malaysia.
Having joined SAP in 2019, Deepak was most recently the Head of PES for Thailand, Vietnam, and Emerging Markets, including the Partner Led Territories business for Indochina. In his new role, Deepak reports directly to Verena Siow, President & Managing Director of SAP Southeast Asia. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as the SEA region experiences tremendous growth with the emergence of new digital hubs and an increasing demand for cloud and Business AI adoption.
