23 May, 2023 – SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) has today launched an online talent portal designed to match the right, newly-qualified consultant with the right SAP partner – quickly and easily. The cost of hiring a consultant through the program is refundable through marketing development and business development funds (MDF and BDF).

SAP Partner Talent Initiative Connect is available to all SAP partners in the EMEA North region to help further the accelerate the hiring of new consultants and attract more talent into the ecosystem. To find out more and register to receive profiles of available candidates, click here.

Originally launched in 2022, the SAP Partner Talent Initiative is now producing a steady stream of new consulting talent, marking a significant milestone in SAP’s mission to address the shortage of digital skills in the EMEA North partner ecosystem.

The program has attracted over 3,000 applications and produced nearly 150 certified SAP consultants to date. Newly certified consultants will provide support in cloud computing, digital transformation, and analytics to improve the quality of services offered by SAP partners to their customers.
