From being in a Special Forces unit in the military to helping draft the “I Have a Dream” speech, Dr. Clarence B. Jones has seen a lot in his life.
That’s why he believes learning from the past is key to affecting positive change in the present and never ever giving up in the future. During an insightful conversation with SAP’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Supriya Jha, Dr. Jones talks about the advice he would give a younger self, the lessons Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. picked up from earlier generations (including Gandhi’s non-violence philosophy), and that the most decisive factor driving diversity and inclusion in the world is love, unconditional love.
