During this outage the following services are unavailable:
- Problem analysis and / or service delivery on customer systems
- Transfer Early Watch Alert data
- Data exchange via SAP Note Assistant
- Customer messages via SAP Solution Manager
- Connectivity to SAP’s Support Backbone
